See why 4,200 producers swapped their old pads for the MK-16.
90 seconds. No filler. Watch a working producer plug it in, load a kit, and finish a beat โ then decide.
The pad feel of a $600 controller. The footprint of a paperback.
We obsessed over the three things that kill flow: latency, mushy pads, and software that fights you. Then we fixed all three.
Sub-3ms latency
Class-compliant USB-C driver. No setup, no ASIO config, no "why is my snare late" tickets.
Pads that read your hand
16 levels of velocity + aftertouch. Ghost notes land where you put them โ not where the firmware guesses.
Works with your DAW
Pre-mapped for Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Bitwig, and Maschine. One cable, instant grid.
Sixty seconds. Three steps.
No driver disks. No firmware updates before you can make a sound. Just plug it in.
Plug in USB-C
One cable to your laptop or iPad. The pads light up. You're seen by the OS in under two seconds.
Open your DAW
MK-16 auto-maps to your kit. We ship presets for Ableton, FL, Logic, Bitwig, and Maschine.
Lay down the loop
Tap, slice, finger-drum. 2GB of curated samples included โ trap, lo-fi, house, breaks, drill.
The pads people keep coming back to.

"I replaced my MPC for travel sessions. Finger-drumming on the MK-16 feels closer to a Maschine than anything I've touched under $300."
"Latency is the lowest I've measured on a USB pad controller, period. Tested at 2.4ms round-trip on M2 MacBook. Buy it."
"My beats finally don't sound quantized to death. The aftertouch on the hats is what sold me โ I get real rolls without programming them."

Questions producers actually ask
Does it work with my DAW?
If your DAW reads MIDI, yes. We ship pre-mapped templates for Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Bitwig, Maschine, and Reason. Anything else maps in under 90 seconds via standard MIDI learn.
iPad and iPhone?
Yes. MK-16 is class-compliant USB-C, which means it works with iPad (USB-C models) and iPhone 15+ with no adapter. GarageBand, BeatMaker 3, Koala, AUM โ all confirmed.
What if I hate it?
Send it back within 60 days for a full refund. We pay return shipping in the US and EU. No restocking fee, no "must be unopened" โ we expect you to actually play it.
How does it compare to a Maschine Mini or MPC One?
MK-16 is a controller, not a standalone groovebox โ it needs your computer. In exchange you get better pads at a third of the price, and full integration with whatever DAW you already pay for.
Is the sample pack royalty-free?
Yes. All 2GB (Solo) and 10GB (Studio) of samples are 100% royalty-free for commercial use, including streaming, sync, and beat sales. Sell the beats you make. We don't take a cut.
When does it ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship same day from our Brooklyn warehouse. US delivery is 2-4 business days. EU is 3-6. We don't do drop-ship โ every unit is tested before it leaves.
Your next beat is one cable away.
Free shipping. 60-day returns. If MK-16 doesn't live on your desk in a week, send it back.
